In the tender years of my childhood, I found myself drawn to the world of dance. So, it was with a flutter of excitement that I joined a dance academy, where once a week, I immersed myself in the art of movement. It was here that I began to dance alongside the most talented children my age, those who seemed to have been born with an innate gift for rhythm and grace.
Yet, my journey in the dance academy was as brief as it was bittersweet. No matter how hard I tried, I never found myself among the chosen ones who represented the academy at recitals. The harsh reality of not feeling good enough took its toll on my spirit and, week by week, my self-worth seemed to ebb away. In the shadows of fear and relentless judgment, I could not help but feel disheartened, and sought comfort in the small rituals of childhood, like snacking before the TV.
Eventually, I gave up dancing. It is only recently that I came to some unsettling realisations. I focused not on the joy that dancing brought me, but on the measures of perfection and success. Instead of celebrating the journey of learning a new skill, I obscured my path with the fear of failure and an obsession with achievement. With each perceived
shortcoming, I learned to shrink away from challenges, letting my worth be dictated by the success of others.
Now, I stand in the light of introspection, peering deep within myself to understand the roots of these limiting beliefs. I ponder if these feelings already lingered in my soul, merely waiting for an experience like this to engrave them further into my being. And I wonder, what other threads of my past have woven the tapestry of who I am today?
I share my story not to evoke pity or sympathy, but as a heartfelt reminder of our shared experience as spiritual, growing beings. For within each of us lies an inner child, burdened by outdated and restrictive beliefs that shape our behaviours, habits, and the very essence of our personalities. They lurk beneath the surface, dictating the way we perceive ourselves and our place in the world, yet they no longer serve any purpose.
Allowing ourselves the gift of inner child healing is an empowering act of love and self-discovery. By diving into the depths of our experiences, we grant ourselves the keys to unlock the doors of the past. Through techniques such as Past Age Clearing and Healing (PACH), we can heal not only our childhood wounds, but also those carried from past lives.
My friends, I stand with you in this transformative process, offering my support and guidance, as together we embark on the journey of healing, liberation, and growth.
